The cottage is independent and nestled in the heart of nature, so you can pace up and down the 2,5 hectares of pasture and woods to discover the fauna and flora. You may have the opportunity to see a hind… keep an eye open!
The land isn’t enclosed, but the courtyard can be closed for your comfort.
The house is laid out by half-floor which makes all its charm.
The entrance leads to the living room equipped with sofas and armchairs, television and DVD player. The dining room’s table can welcome up to 8 persons. On this same floor, the kitchen is adjacent. It’s very well equipped : microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction plate and coffee machine; so you’ll be able to concoct true Périgord’s dishes

A few steps downstairs you’ll find an independent WC and a bathroom (shower, bath and a washing machine). There is also a large room of 15m2 with a 180 cm bed and an entrance to the garden.

From the dining room you can get to the 1st floor with an independent WC and a shower room. You will also find a 11m2 attic room with a 180cm bed. This bedroom can welcome a spare bed for a baby.
